1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zennn (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zennn provides an AI agent dashboard that allows users to create, configure, and deploy AI-powered chat widgets. The Service includes workspace management, conversation handling, billing, and related features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • If using the Service for an organization, have authority to bind that organization
  • Provide accurate and complete registration and billing information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Interfere with other users’ access to the Service
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or deceptive practices
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Exceed usage limits or circumvent access controls

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI providers to generate responses. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and moderating AI outputs
  • We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI responses
  • AI providers’ terms and policies also apply to generated content
  • You must clearly disclose to end users when they are interacting with an AI-powered widget where required by law
  • You must not use the Service for prohibited AI practices, unlawful discrimination, social scoring, biometric identification, emotion recognition in restricted contexts, or other uses prohibited by applicable AI laws
  • You must not use the Service as a sole basis for decisions with legal, employment, credit, healthcare, housing, education, or similarly significant effects unless you have implemented all legally required safeguards and obtained our prior written agreement
  • You are responsible for human review of AI outputs before relying on them in high-impact or customer-critical contexts

6. Customer Responsibilities for Embedded Widgets

If you deploy a Zennn widget on your website, application, or customer-facing channel, you are responsible for providing appropriate notices to end users, obtaining required consents, and ensuring that your use of the widget complies with privacy, consumer protection, and AI transparency laws.

  • You must not use the widget to collect sensitive or regulated data unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
  • You are responsible for reviewing, configuring, and monitoring your AI agents and their outputs.
  • You must not present AI-generated responses as human responses where doing so would mislead users.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create, upload, or input into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

7.2 AI Outputs

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use AI-generated outputs produced through your account for your business purposes. Because AI systems may generate similar or identical outputs for different users, we do not guarantee that outputs are unique, protectable, accurate, or non-infringing.

7.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Zennn and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

8. Payment, Subscriptions, and Usage Limits

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe and Zennn to charge the applicable recurring fees, taxes, and other charges for your selected plan.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise in the Service.
  • Plans may include usage limits, credits, message limits, feature limits, or workspace limits. Exceeding those limits may require an upgrade or additional payment.
  • If payment fails, we may suspend or limit access to paid features until payment is completed.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
  • We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice. Price changes will apply from your next renewal unless stated otherwise.

If you use the Service as a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rights may apply and are not limited by these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, create security or legal risk, misuse the Service, violate acceptable-use rules, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

You may delete your account or cancel your subscription as described in the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but provisions relating to payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, data retention, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution will survive.

10. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, third-party provider issues, security incidents, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, add, or remove features from time to time. If a material change negatively affects a paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where practical.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zennn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zennn and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
